Action in the Ramsey County District Court on behalf of Rosemary Kollodge, a minor, by Frank Wrobel, her father and natural guardian, for personal injuries sustained by said minor when she was struck by a vehicle owned by defendant F. and L. Appliances, Inc., and operated by defendant Charles A. Harris, in which action said Frank Wrobel also sought to recover consequential damages on his own behalf. The case was tried before Ronald E. Hachey, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for defendants. Plaintiffs appealed from an order denying their alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.
